China is a large population and consumer country in the world.In daily life,objects such as food,medicine and chemical products can be seen everywhere.With the continuous improvement of the quality of national life,the demand for medical supplies,beverage,food and chemical products is becoming more and more large.At the same time,the requirements for the quality,appearance and safety of its packaging are becoming higher and higher.There are also many kinds of packaging machines produced in China,including pillow,vertical,liquid and powder packing machines.But at present,there are low reliability,poor stability,low automation level and unsatisfactory packaging effect in domestic packaging machines.In order to improve packaging quality and effect,it is very necessary to improved the packaging equipment.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign packaging machine control system,aiming at the problem of packing process of appearance quality and packing precision are analyzed.The improvement of the packaging machine control system of the predecessors,increase the rectification control mechanism,a new packaging machine control system was designed,can made packing appearance quality be better,so that the package does not appear wrinkled,broken and sealed phenomenon.The mechanical structure part of the small bag packing machine was analyzed,especially the film feeding mechanism.The reasons for the deviation of the bag membrane transport were analyzed.In order to ensure the smoothness of the bag transport,the correction control scheme was put forward,and the error correction feasibility analysis was carried out,and the case of fuzzy control was made.The SolidWorks software was used to draw the three-dimensional diagram of the mechanical structure of the packaging machine,the electrical work diagram is drawn with the Auto CAD2014 software,and the corresponding program is written with the programming software XDPProV3.5.1 dedicated by Xinjie PLC,and the electrical control cabinet is made according to the schematic diagram,and the hardware part is connected.The fuzzy control algorithm was studied and introduced into the temperature control and rectifying control module of the packer,and then the walnut kernel was used as the test object,and the improved DF-50B2 powder automatic packing machine was used as the test platform to carry out the deviation control test.The output effect of temperature fuzzy control and rectification fuzzy control system was tested by LabVIEW software.The test results show that the control system has a better correction effect,and the correction accuracy was the highest when the film speed was 80mm/s,the offset was only 0.52 mm,the plane diagonal error of the package bag was 0.75 mm,and the packing weight has no obvious effect on the deviation correction effect,but the film offset was higher when the film speed was bigger too.The results show that the designed control system can improve the appearance quality of the packaging object,and the packaging speed was speeded up on the premise of guaranteeing the quality of packaging,and the efficiency of the packaging machine is also raised.
