Study On The Planning And Design Of The Monthly Rose Special Garden

In the urban development and construction,the development of urban greening plays an increasingly important role in improving the aesthetic taste of the residents and strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization.The function of the monthly rose special garden is to protect the germplasm resources of the rose,cultivate the varieties,popularize the knowledge of plant science,and provide the garden for the recreation of the masses.With the continuous improvement of people's pursuit of spiritual life,the functions of the special garden are gradually enriched and perfected while leisure education and landscape art are constantly integrated.Based on the investigation and research of the existing successful monthly rose garden,this paper systematically studies the design principles and methods of the rose garden,and designs the existing sites,the monthly rose special garden in Chaohu.In practice,we find out the problems,find ways to solve these problems,and then provide reference for the construction of special gardens in the future.The main results of this research are as follows:1.There are some certain understandings of the origin of the monthly rose and its ornamental history in China.The ancients' love for monthly rose can be seen through their poems' appreciation for the monthly rose.Because monthly rose has long flowering time,large and bright flowers and extensive management,it has high utilization and value in Chinese gardens.But monthly rose garden is not that perfect in China.Although the monthly rose garden has developed rapidly in quantity after the founding of the People's Republic of China,the development of Chinese monthly rose garden is late.There are still deficiencies and defects in gardening techniques and practical functions.2.By looking up the data,we analyzed the characteristics of rose in botany,cultivation and landscape,and summarized the growth habits,ornamental characteristics and landscape functions of rose.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research achievements,we find that there is a big gap between the development of Chinese rose and foreign countries.Because the science education of monthly rose is difficult to get in place,or it is hard for people to get interested in autonomous learning.People's awareness of the construction of the monthly rose garden is difficult to improve.3.Combined with the summary and study of the planning and design theory of monthly rose and monthly rose special garden,this paper analyzed the growth habits,ornamental characteristics and types of the monthly rose,and the rich effect of the monthly rose in the landscape.Besides,it put forward the corresponding plant design types according to the characteristics of various kinds of monthly rose.The principles of the planning and design of the monthly rose special garden,the selection of base and the reconstruction of terrain are discussed.At the same time,the main body of the monthly rose and the usage of the plant landscape are emphatically introduced.4.On the basis of the theoretical knowledge of the planning and design of the monthly rose special garden,we reformed the planning and design of the specialized garden of the Chaohu WoNiu Shan Park to verify the methods mentioned in the previous article.The emphasis is on the rational planning of the functional zoning of the monthly rose special garden,which makes use of the variety of the monthly rose to create a hierarchical landscape with the monthly rose as the main body.In the plant allocation,we pay attention to the ecological diversity.Through the collocation with other plants,the landscape has variety and seasonality,and it also maintains the stability of the ecological system in the monthly rose special garden,hoping to become a landmark and characteristic area in the city.
