Study On Planning Of Town Renovation In Longtan Town,Qianshan County

With the background of accelerating urbanization,more and more market towns have begun to consider how to create their own characteristics of market towns,to show their unique natural resources and special cultures to local residents and visitors,in order to improve urban residents.Quality of life,improve the basic environment of the town.However,in recent years,many problems have arisen in the construction of local characteristics of towns.On the one hand,with the popularization of the Internet,global resource sharing has become possible.We can easily obtain various theories,successful models,and technological achievements in township renovation.As a result,the town's rapid growth,the market town's blind pursuit of greatness in the construction process,seeking high,not only overlooked the landscape of the needs of town residents,but also,the town should have local characteristics.Therefore,this study starts from practical problems,takes the local characteristics as the starting point,and explores the concept and method of planning and design for the township renovation.First of all,it analyzes the connotation of the local characteristics and analyzes the actual cases at home and abroad,so as to be able to make theoretical reference for the later planning.Secondly,the research background,purpose and significance of the paper are put forward,and the research ideas and methods of the thesis are established.At the same time,it established the technical route for thesis research.Finally,taking Longtan Township of Qianshan County as a case,on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis,the local characteristics were refined and studied and judged,and the guiding tactics suitable for the township planning of Longtan Township were obtained.
