With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for compressors and supporting valves in natural gas transportation,chemical industry,CNG,LPG,electric power and other industries has increased sharply.When the inlet flow or the outlet pressure of the compressor is lower than the required value,the compressor will surge under the repeated impact of the fluid medium,which causes the air supply system to malfunction and the compressor itself will be severely damaged.The anti-surge valve is the key component of the anti-surge system of compressor,so the key performance index of the anti-surge valve is required to have high level.Anti-surge valves are more widely used and require higher performance for larger pipe sizes.Especially the application of the triple-offset butterfly valve is more widely,the friction of the valve is very small,and it can even reach zero friction.Compared to other types of valves,the opening torque of the valve is very small.In this paper,the structural characteristics of the anti-surge butterfly valve with triple-offset are studied and analyzed.The mathematical model of the seal pair is established to determine the non-interference condition of the seal pair.Software of interference analysis is designed to be completed.2014 groups of the triple-offset values array are analyzed and 633groups of non-interference arrays are finally obtained.The basic parameters of the triple-offset butterfly valve determined.Based on the three eccentricity values,the parametric model of the butterfly valve is established and the kinematic simulation of the butterfly valve is carried out to verify the correctness of the mathematical model of the seal and the interference analysis software.the flow field characteristics of butterfly valve are studied.The deformation of the flow field during the opening of the butterfly valve is analyzed.The influence of the triple eccentric values on the flow coefficient and the flow resistance coefficient of the butterfly valve is studied and analyzed.A comprehensive experimental method is used to optimize the butterfly valve based on the flow coefficient index and the flow performance of butterfly valve is increased by 25%.The triple eccentric values are optimized based on the equal percentage adjustment characteristic,which makes the butterfly valve have good linear regulation characteristics at the open degree from 22~?to 72~?.the butterfly valve is studied by gas-solid two-phase flow analysis method.The influence of gas phase flow rate,solid phase diameter,solid phase content and solid phase on the erosion of butterfly valve plate is analyzed.The influence of the opening angle and inlet flow of the butterfly valve on its aerodynamic torque is analyzed.The seal ring of the butterfly is analyzed by the method of thermos-mechanical coupling,and the influence of temperature and single layer thickness on the deformation and stress of the seal ring is analyzed.
