The valve is a kind of pipe accessories,it’s a device to change the pipeline section and the flow direction of medium,it can also control medium pressure, flow and temperature.In valve’s big family, butterfly valve is the most important one,whose advantage is the simple structure,low altitude,light weight, speedy start and stop and the ability to be made into large drift diameter.Meanwhile, intelligent valve actuators is a device matched to butterfly valve and the quality of the performance parameters matching is very important.Now many actuator’s design doesn’t match with butterfly valve, meantime actuator’s design is too conservative. And the design parameters doesn’t match with the valve’s performance.There are still many deficiencies and shortages in parameter’s optimization. To improve the work efficiency of the valve,the choice of actuator parameters is very important. This topic through the drift diameter double eccentric butterfly valve and its electro-hydraulic actuator Solidworks 3d modeling and fluid-structure coupling analysis of ANSYS finite element method,and the laws of the flow resistance coefficient of double eccentric butterfly valve is got,then the stem under the opening angle of maximum torque can be verified.And the electro-hydraulic actuator parameters is optimized.At last, the safety and reliability of its work is ensured through final controlling element’s enforcement agencies checking.It can provide certain theoretical reference for the desigh of the double eccentric butterfly valve and its electro-hydraulic actuator.It can also contributes to our country’s industry in valve and actuator.The results prove that,the flow resistance coefficient of the double eccentric butterfly valve becomes bigger when the degree of valve becomes less,and the rate of change is becoming greater. When butterfly valve stem in the valve plate and the horizontal angle is 57.5 °, the maximum torque occurs. Near its two side,the torque significantly decreases, and when it locates below 55 ° and above60 °,the size of reduce is becoming gentle.
