Structural identification,detection and reinforcement technology research have got more and more attention of scholars in today's engineering research.Through related tests,we can find that although some buildings haven't reached the safe life span,they can't be used or damaged due to reconstruction or expansion among which the most serious damage is the crane beam of the workshop.As a special and indispensable part of the industrial workshop,the crane beam is prone to fatigue damage due to alternating load.The traditional fatigue detection is based on the test method,which has the disadvantages of high cost,long period and weak controllability of parameters.With the continuous improvement and development of fatigue theory,using finite element software simulation analysis to replace traditional test method can save cost and shorten the cycle.Therefore,based on the above problems,the simulation research and analysis of the crane beam system are carried out by using the ANSYS finite element software.And the main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the field inspection of the crane beam and the checking of bearing capacity of the crane is checked is carried out,the evaluation of the crane girder in the factory is given by the results of the two analysis,and the concrete reinforcement scheme of crane beam has been given.(2)Stress test-on-site has been conducted on line 37~39 of crane beam column,and the static and dynamic loading calculation is carried out by the ANSYS finite element software,from which the stress,strain curve,time history analysis curve,overall displacement cloud chart and the stress cloud chart are obtained.By comparing the test results with the simulated results,we can conclude that the stress test results of the test point are in agreement with the simulation results.(3)The 24 hours of continuous dynamic test is Carried out on the 37~39 line of crane beam and fatigue simulation calculation.And by comparing the results of the test and the simulation analysis,we can make a conclusion that the fatigue test cycle times and its evaluation coefficient are close to the fatigue simulation cycle times and its coefficient of evaluation.(4)Through the above analysis,the effectiveness and reliability of simulation analysis replacing the experimental study are proved.And It shows that finite element simulation replacing test can save lots of manpower,material and financial resources.What's more,it provides some experience to the testing and strengthening of crane beam in later factory building and study on fatigue of crane beam.
