The Smart Substation Automation System(SSAS)is based on the microelectronic technology,information technology and computer technology to realize substation information sharing and functional integration,and it is a set of computer control system consisted of a series of subsystems and all kinds of Intelligent Electronic devices(Intelligent Electronic Device,IED).SSAS emphasizes economy,reliability,energy conservation and environmental protection as well as reducing the total life-cycle costs.If SSAS can meet the requirements of high reliability,compact layout,save land,bring social and environmental benefits,this will fully reflect the State Grid Company’s resource-saving,environment-friendly intelligent substation construction goal.so it is of great practical significance to study SSAS in this paper.This paper innovatively combines the reliability research carry on the design of 220 k V SSAS.Firstly,block design and reliability research are carried out.Then,according to the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis of blocks,the overall SSAS design is carried out by optimal design scheme.The design and reliability research work of SSAS in this paper are as follows:(1)The design and selection of SSAS’s overall network architecture is generally based on qualitative analysis and the summary of the experience,this paper uses the Reliability Block Diagram(RBD)method to study it and increase it from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.(2)In this paper,from the perspectives of strengthening functional integration,optimizing equipment configuration,improving device integration,reducing the number of device configurations,reducing the area of secondary equipment room,the main equipment configuration of SSAS "three layers" is carried out,as well as the interval protection system configuration scheme for different design.The reliability quantitative analysis of several kinds of spacer protection system is by MATLAB programming simulation.The algorithm steps of quantitative analysis are:Firstly,based on the information transmission path of Substation Automation System(SAS),the RBD model of each scheme is established,and then the minimum path set of each configuration structure was quickly obtained by using the breadth-first search method for the model.However,the minimum path set obtained is intersected,and the calculation will be more complicated.Therefore,the "delete-and-left" method is used to decompose the minimum road set obtained.(3)The design and selection of SSAS process layer network scheme are usually carried out by qualitative analysis.In this paper,using the above modeling methods and algorithm steps,the reliability of the model is increased to quantitative analysis by MATLAB programming simulation.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to select the optimal scheme.Finally,the structure of each interval protection system is based on the research results of the process layer networking scheme.using the same modeling method and algorithm steps,the reliability quantitative analysis is studied by MATLAB programming and simulation.(4)Comprehensive consideration of the reliability results of the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the block and the investment cost and economy,the SSAS scheme of 220 k V with high reliability and economy is designed on the platform of Auto CAD. |
