Recent years,with the continuous progress and development of the china construction industry,so many skyscrapers,roads,sclerotic open squares and streets etc.occupied most of the green space and wetlands.They were caulk and frowst.So when it encounter strong rainfall,the dry city could not only get enough water,but it also can form strong surface runoff and cause floods.Every year,after a strong rainfall,watch a ‘sea sight' will become an attractive topic.After the rain season,rainfall becomes less,how to store the rain water will come to be a remarkable key point.The average water resource of modern city people is less than the national level,the vast waste and run off of rainfall water made the city's intolerance greatly weakened.The conception of ‘sponge city' and ‘green building' start to thrive in our nation,various kinds of ‘sponge city' conception and ‘green ecological building' starts to appear across the country in a great speed.But how to combine the two perfectly is the key of the problem,what is the standard of the measurement? How to achieve the best effect on the basis of existing condition by using the least resource is the direction of our research and development.If these question is not clear,the assurance on the develop trend of sponge city and green building will become formalized and conceptualized.If the city and building both can ‘breath' like a human body,‘inhale'in the rain days and ‘release' in dry days,then the contradiction of this will be solved effectively,the city which we live by will get a vigorous development and sustain.
