Under the influence of national policy index and enterprise benefit demand,Huaneng Group used energy-saving new technology and selected Linhe Power Plant No.1 C300 MW subcritical unit as a demonstration project to carry out a series of energy-saving technology applications feasibility study combined with the actual situation of active units.The company proposed the corresponding C300 MW subcritical conventional wetting unit deep energy saving program to reduce the average annual power consumption of the unit.In view of the practical problems existing in Unit 1 of Linhe Power Plant,this paper analyzes the energy saving potential of the unit from the viewpoint of comprehensive technology of energy saving and consumption,and puts forward a series of corresponding energy saving and consumption reduction schemes.Then mainly for the boiler side of enhancing the main,reheat steam temperature program the article has carried on the system theory analysis.Finally,it comes to the corresponding transformation proposals from the economic point of view,which demonstrates the feasibility of this unit transformation program,so as to provide valuable experience for the subsequent transformation of the same type of unit.
