Hybrid AC/DC microgrids with high-density renewable energy are hybrid AC/DC microgrids with high energy density and high renewable generation installed space density.AC/DC microgrids include AC buses and DC buses,which can supply AC load and DC load.Compared with conventional microgrids,hybrid AC/DC microgrid structures are more complex and the operation modes are more diverse.Besides,due to the access of high density renewable energy,hybrid AC/DC micro-grids operate with significant uncertainty.This paper focuses on the problem of uncertain optimal operation of hybrid AC/DC microgrids with high-density renewable energy.Research background and significance of this topic are introduced,and research status of the development of the hybrid AC/DC microgrid at home and abroad,the optimal operation and the uncertain optimization are summarized.The concept and characteristics of hybrid AC/DC microgrids are expounded,and the operation cost model and constraints of related equipment in Hybrid AC/DC microgrid are established.A stochastic chance constrained optimization model of Hybrid AC/DC microgrids based on steady-state probability distribution is proposed to overcome the problem that the conventional probability distribution does not accurately describe the uncertainty of renewable energy.A fuzzy optimization model of hybrid AC/DC microgrids fuzzy chance constrained optimization based on Cauchy membership function is proposed for the purpose of studying the uncertain optimization of hybrid AC/DC microgrids from the perspective of fuzzy optimization.Based on the above research on stochastic optimization and fuzzy optimization,a two-stage optimization model of hybrid AC/DC microgrids with fuzzy stochastic double uncertainty is finally proposed,which provides a more comprehensive and accurate modeling of the uncertainty of renewable energy.Considering the characteristics of optimization model,the fuzzy stochastic simulation method and the alternating direction multiplier algorithm are combined to solve the double uncertain optimization model.According to the above three kinds of uncertain optimization models,respectively,combined with the National High-tech R&D Program field data,the simulations verify the correctness and effectiveness of the uncertain optimization model and algorithm.
