With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard,people’s demand for electricity is increasing.At the same time,people’s demand for the reliability of electricity is getting higher and higher.In order to meet the demand of electricity reliability,it is necessary to find fault points and deal with them quickly when the distribution network failure occurs.The small current grounding system is used in the middle and low voltage distribution network in China.Because the fault current is small due to the single-phase grounding fault,the fault current is not easy to detect,so the location of single-phase earthing fault is always a diicult problem.In this paper,based on synchronous wave record of zero sequence current detection algorithm,when fault occurs,hanging on the distribution line three-phase sampling unit can start wave record at the same time(synchronous precision is less than 100 us),collected fault four cycle before and after eight frequency sampling data,through the collection unit will wave record data uploaded to the host,host of zero sequence current synthesis,according to the analysis of the network topology failure interval,and inform the maintenance personnel in the form of text messages,greatly small fault after the maintenance time,eectively improve the reliability of electricity.Distribution network on-line detection system consists,collection unit,the main fault indicator of three parts,this paper presents the fault indicator synchronous wave record detection algorithm is based on the on-line detection system of a distribution network fault detection algorithm.This paper first introduces the research background,research significance,the development of fault indicator and the research situation of distribution network fault criterion,this paper introduces the on-line monitoring system for distribution network,respectively,introduces the main,collection unit,the functions of the parts of the fault indicator,etc,function and technical index of fault indicator are introduced.The fault location principle of the distribution network monitoring system is given.The protocol of wireless communication module is described,and the process of wireless transmission module and wireless acceptance module is explained.Then gives this topic adopts the method based on zero sequence current of the synchronous wave detection algorithm,explains the wave record start modules: design of fault indicator wave record start a process,on the basis of the conventional startup criterion,the start-up criterion algorithm based on steady state are given,and design the corresponding start criterion process,sampling current of effective value for the calculation and analysis,finally for fault occurs,the three-phase wave record are not synchronized,this topic before failure and failure respectively corresponding three-phase synchronous algorithm,is given by experimental simulation,fault before the synchronization accuracy of 4.28 us,the failure of three-phase synchronous precision is 3.38 us,meet the three-phase synchronous error in 100 us range that its new rules.
