| The development of electric power is ahead of economic development.In recent years,smart meters have been widely promoted all over the world,especially in China,and the maintenance and management of smart meters has been paid more and more attention,It is the main work of power companies.The relatively large maintenance workload on the energy meter is the clock maintenance on the energy meter.It is an important reference for power statistics,demand side response,and energy metering synchronization on the power grid.Therefore,the accuracy of the clock is very important.This paper analyzes the demand for active timing technology,elaborates the status of satellite timing technology and the status of clock management in foreign energy meters,and introduces the composition of GPS system,BeiDou satellite navigation system,low-frequency time-code system and timing system.Based on the demand of active timekeeping of power meters and power statute,two tasks are completed.First,an active time-lapse carrier module based on GPS / BeiDou for the existing watt-hour meter is designed and the overall design scheme is proposed.The selection of GPS / BeiDou dual-mode chip and the design of peripheral circuit and MCU module of carrier module are introduced in detail.Also includes the realization of the software process.At the same time,the designed active timing module is tested for performance.Second,in order to minimize the changes to the existing meter design case based on the current energy meter type and function specifications,an energy meter based on low frequency time code active timing is designed,which mainly includes a power module,an MCU Module,memory module,measurement module,display module,485 and infrared communication module,automatic timing receiver module,load switch control module hardware design.the new designed meter is test for performance.In this paper,the active timing module of GPS / BeiDou and the active timekeeping watt-hour meter of low-frequency time code are adopted to solve the problem of large clock error,by using a unified clock source for timing,which can effectively extend the service life of the device. |
