Annual electricity consumption gradually improves because of rapid growth of China’s GDP. Intelligent safety standards for power transmission is gradually perfect. Phase-detecting becomes an indispensable part of the reform of electronic equipment because of expansion of power line’s capacity and grid connections. Phase-detecting mainly detects voltage phase difference of 50Hz sine wave and judges whether voltage phases are the same. At present, Chinese phase-detecting system is mainly aimed at the local phase-detecting,and the accuracy and intelligence of existing remote phase-detecting system are far behind French and American products. Therefore, the topic implements remote phase-detecting system based on Beidou navigation system.The main contents of this paper include:Describe the phase-detecting system working mode and the overall framework of the system. Compare and select the key technology of realization system of phase-detecting system. Research and design of detecting-phase head whose stability is the most difficult to ensure. Based on the summarization of the previous products, I use the latest TI low power consumption and low cost RF communication chip and reduce power consumption from hardware and software.Comparison of the previous lack of detecting-phase system, descript the realization of remote high precision detecting-phase system in detail.Develop the webpage program based on the remote B/S mode. Frequent operation of the database is optimized to improve the speed of system responding. Design a friendly interactive interface and provide Baidu map positioning service. Various frameworks and design patterns are applied to development of Webpage to improve efficiency.Describe the software debugging work environment. Actual debugging process are analyzed in detail and the system is tested in laboratory environment.
