Symphony plus inherits the advantages and characteristics of ABB Symphony family series.It has a more concise,scalable,seamless integration and more reliable characteristics,and it can adapt to the complex production process of thermal power plants.First of all,the development status of distributed control system is studied in detail.The characteristics,leading technology components and application status of mainstream products at home and abroad are analyzed in detail.On this basis,divided into the main structure of Symphony plus system,from the three aspects of network communication,hardware configuration,software structure analysis of the system function,the system functions,system structure,field equipment,control algorithm,system design and reliability analysis of the system characteristics,and analyzes the configuration module and algorithm of ABB company unique.The Symphony plus system has a comprehensive grasp of the structure and application.From the aspects of steam,engine,furnace and other auxiliary control systems,the general situation of the power plant units is introduced.Combined with the operation environment of the unit,the overall structure of the control system is designed in this paper.The design scheme includes two layers,the first is the automation level of the four layers system of the unit control system,public DCS system,DCS control system,the supervisory control system;then the control mode of public DCS system,auxiliary workshop,fieldbus technology,finally puts forward the scheme of design criteria.On the basis of detailed introduction of hardware such as controller and I/O sub module,combined with redundancy principle and safety criterion,the hardware is selected and configured from design point to card,card to cabinet design sequence.In the aspect of software design,the design requirements are put forward in combination with the practical application,and the operating interface and control logic of the system are designed.At last,the function of the control system in MCS,DEH,FSSS,TSI and other control systems in the plant's decentralized control system is put forward.The overall design of the DCS system of the 1100 MW unit in Yuanyang power plant is completed.The final design of the unit startup and logic,breakpoint,scope,general stop APS system,debugging operation,by sending commands to the control system,to achieve a good and stable operation of the unit,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the unit from the start and stop the implementation of APS system,proved the validity and adaptability of the system.
