In the past ten years our country economy in adversity still realize the continuous,stable and healthy steady development,the rapid development of economy promote the growing of power demand.At the present stage in our country actual situation,develop the ultra supercritical thermal power technology to promote the sustainable development of the energy strategy,harmonic economic development and environmental protection contradiction between,and reduce the average power consumption to improve the stability of the generating set peak shaving operation performance of all have important significance.A 1000 MW ultra supercritical unit of Guohua as the research background,knowledge and understanding of the unit of the operation characteristic and load control system control effect,analysis and research of the unit control system scheme.The DCS EDPF-NT Plus system and the DEH SPPA-TXP3000 control system are introduced.Analysis and introduces the unit control system water supply,the main steam temperature,the reheated steam temperature,the combustion control system of the main clause and control principle,analyzed the unit coordinated control system load instruction,rapid load reduction,frequency correction,main steam pressure setting,boiler master and turbine master etc.,the main control circuit control principle,control instruction generation and engineering realization method.Finally,use the manufacturer provides the DCS control logic and power plant main equipment mathematical model and the corresponding module algorithm of we independent research and development of the simulation support platform,through the EDPF NT Plus system platform,VG electrical simulation support system and LN support simulation platform for the whole plant production process simulation representation.And by using different step disturbance signal on the unit load control system for the expert verification,test results to achieve the expected control effect.
