Fusion energy has the advantages of being "clean,safe and renewable" and is considered as one of the most important ways to finally solve the human social energy.Fusion reactors are an important way to achieve the use of fusion energy,so they are highly valued by major countries in the world.The cladding is one of the most critical components in a fusion reactor.Its design involves many fields such as neutronics,thermal engineering,and structure.It requires repeated iterative optimization.Problems such as "a large number of iterations and complicated calculation" exist,and the design efficiency is low.In this paper,the visual parameter analysis is introduced into the concept design of the cladding,and the interactive intelligent assistant design method of the fusion cladding is proposed.Based on this method,a fusion blanket integrated design platform software system is developed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Automatic optimization of the clad scheme based on the sketch:This method is divided into two processes:sketch design and functional area thickness optimization.Through the interactive interface,the user can quickly draw the sketch structure of the cladding according to domain knowledge and design intent.In the function area thickness optimization process,the traditional method needs a large number of iterative processes,and the amount of calculation is large.In this paper,according to the monotonous relationship between the temperature and thickness of the cladding functional are,a method of "prediction + verification" is proposed in combination with function fitting.Realize fast and automatic optimization of functional zone thickness.(2)Target-driven interactive optimization of the cladding scheme:Considering the overall performance,it is also necessary to optimize the temperature of the cladding structure.In order to facilitate the user's balance analysis,this paper proposes a quantitative index of temperature balance,and displays the temperature balance through a visual method,so that the user can make intuitive and rapid judgments.At the same time,this paper provides an interactive optimization method and optimization strategy.Users can choose the appropriate strategy to complete the temperature balance optimization of the cladding structure according to the design goals.(3)Complete the development of fusion-clad integrated design platform software system:This paper proposes the concept of a package-integrated design platform by combining the above methods,and the structural design,flow control,program management,interactive optimization,and visual analysis of the cladding.They are integrated together to form a software platform,and use the ITER cladding to verify the proposed method.The scientists had spent about 3 months designing the cladding.Using the method,the scientists could complete the design of the cladding with similar or even better performance in about 2 weeks,which proved the effectiveness of the method.
