| In the background of the accelerating development and urbanization of modern society,deterioration of urban traffic、neighborhood indifference、low utilization of public service facilities and landscape resources and such problems are constantly highlighted.The original closed residential area has been unable to adapt to the current social development pace,the construction of open residential area is imminent.This is not only the requirement of policy,but also an important means to improve the quality of life for urban residents.Based on the research of the existing open and closed residential area,the optimization method of the new and open residential district street system in the future and the open way of the existing closed residential area are put forward,it also provides a certain theoretical basis and method for the construction of open residential area and the opening of closed residential area.Starting from the domestic background,combined with the research status of the open residential street system at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the purpose and significance of the research,and determines the contents and methods and technical line of the research.Then the relevant theories are arranged to provide the theoretical basis for the study,and the meaning of the open residential district street system is clearly defined.Then,through field observation,comparative analysis,software analysis,questionnaire survey and other methods,find out their advantages and existing problems in four aspects: road traffic,neighborhood interaction and safety,public service facilities and landscape resources utilization.Finally,on the basis of the summary of the research results,the optimization method of the new open residential district street system and the transformation and layout of the existing closed residential area are put forward on road traffic,neighborhood interaction and safety,public service facilities and landscape resources utilization four aspects,at the same time put forward three open mode of overall open,gradual open and partly open mode of closed residential area,so as to provide reference for future residential area construction and transformation. |
