Most cities in China,once connected to high-speed rail,all hope that high-speed rail will become the engine and new driving force of urban development.Through research on the construction of high-speed rail stations in small and medium-sized cities,such as the Beijing-Shanghai Line and Wuguang Line,we have found that High-speed railway stations around and low level of development,high-speed new city development is not optimistic.In most small and medium-sized cities,the construction of high-speed railway stations is very small except for the stations,or is still in the state of natural development,which is far from the planning.This paper selects the cases of high-speed railway in Japan and non-core cities in Europe,summarizes the general rules and experiences of the development of the station area,and selects the Beijing,Shanghai and Wuguang lines,which have longer lines,to open earlier lines in China.High-speed line,and selected the Beijing-Shanghai line in Anhui Bengbu South Station,Dingyuan Station,Chuzhou Station for field investigation.Through the combination of general and key points,literature investigation and field investigation,the basic development situation of high-speed railway station area at home and abroad is obtained,and the development characteristics of the station area are summed up layer by layer,and the basic stages of the development of the station area are summarized.It can be divided into starting period,developing stage and mature stage.On the basis of this,this paper compares and analyzes in detail 5 aspects of site location,development location,function layout,spatial form and passenger flow characteristics of domestic and foreign high-speed railway station areas:Japan,Germany are mostly new and old.Located in the center of the city,France and our small and medium-sized cities are mostly newly built,located in the suburbs of China.In Japan,Europe emphasizes the recent planning,and according to the dynamic adjustment of the development situation,our country pays attention to the medium and long term,and uses the new city as a new city.New area positioning as the main functional layout:Japan,Europe station area with the level of development,the proportion of the service industry gradually increased,forming a mixture of business,office,etc.Functional areas,planning and layout of stations in China focus on high-end services such as commerce,finance,etc.In actual construction,residential development is the main space form.With the improvement of the development level of foreign stations,the spatial form of stations is shaped from dot shape to T type.Semicircle,ellipse and concentric circle are evolving constantly.As far as a single station is concerned,its level of development often determines the final spatial form,and the complete spatial form has not yet been formed in the station area of small and medium-sized cities in China(Japan,Japan,Japan,Japan,Japan,Japan,Japan,Japan,Japan).The characteristics of large number,short distance,high frequency and high commercial commuting ratio of European stations have greatly promoted the development of station areas.Low frequency,general passenger flow mainly,the station area development promotion role is not obvious.Finally,it is concluded that some conditions need to be met for the high speed rail to play a significant driving role,among which the level of urban economic development,the comprehensive strength,the distance between the station and the city center and so on are key factors.The small and medium-sized cities in our country should not blindly learn from the development mode of foreign mature stations,or directly imitate the layout of the stations in domestic mega-cities.Instead,they should learn more successful experiences of the same types of small and medium-sized cities,and comprehensively examine the characteristics of the cities themselves.Adhere to the principle of regional symbiosis,grasp the trend of the market,and treat the development opportunity of high-speed rail rationally and scientifically.
