Fuxin OP company is a larger household company in local area.In recent years,there are still some problems about employees incentive mechanism construction because of lack understanding of managers and the modern management philosophy is not utilized,although it's has a rapid development.This lead to some employees lack motivation and initiative,as a result,it will affect the company's long-term development.Based on Maslow's needs hierarchy theory,Herzberg's two-factor theory,Fromm's expectation theory,Locke and Hughes's goal setting theory,and analyze the basic connotation of motivation and incentive mechanism,combining previous research results,adopted literature research and questionnaire survey,we have the questionnaire survey on incentive status and effect about Fuxin OP company,points out the problems and the reasons existing in the incentive mechanism.After in-depth research and analysis that considers company's decision-making level is backward in thought and management,and the design of incentive mechanism is inadequate,the company should optimize and innovate the incentive mechanism on the basis of the principle such as individual needs and enterprise development unifies,such as to reform the existing remuneration incentive mechanism,increase the spiritual motivation,reform promotion development system,pay attention to enterprise culture construction and utilization,promote the enterprise staffs daily participation and so on.In addition,the company should also pay attention to the effective operation of incentive mechanism from thought,legal and institutional.
