In recent years,with the increasing consumption of energy,the serious problem of energy crisis is attracting more and more attention.In addition,the greenhouse effect caused by carbon dioxide released by traditional fossil fuel combustion is also a great threat to the living environment of mankind.Therefore,it is urgent for mankind to develop renewable energy and green energy.With the continuous progress of science and technology,new organic solar cells gradually appear in the field of vision.Organic solar cell(OPV)is regarded as an outstanding representative of the new solar cells.In recent years,a large number of research groups at home and abroad have carried out a great deal of application and theoretical research in this field.Through the study of organic solar cell devices and mechanisms,researchers strive to make a breakthrough in this field and promote the industrialization of organic solar cells.In addition to the problem of device efficiency,device stability is an urgent problem to promote its industrialization.A large number of studies have shown that the role of the interface layer will not only affect the efficiency of the device,but also directly affect the stability of the device.Therefore,the theoretical research on the interface layer and the research on the application of materials and devices will bring great opportunity for the development of organic solar cells.In this paper,We mainly focued on the application and function of interface layer for new organic solar devices.Firstly,the interface layer plays an important role in the separation of the exciton and the transmission of the carrier.Through the detailed study of the interface process of the device,it can help us understand the mechanism and significance of the device interface process well,and provide theoretical support for the later experiment.Secondly,the device is modified on the basis of the theoretical guidance,and the high performance organic solar cell devices are prepared by optimizing the interface layer.1.The metal oxide MoO3 is introduced as the anode interface modifier.The MoO3 film is obtained by vacuum evaporation,and the corresponding conventional devices are prepared.By optimizing the thickness of the interface layer,the purpose of improving the hole transmission performance is achieved.The PCE of the devices is improved from 1.81%to 6.09%with the introduction of the MoO3 interface layer2.The device is modified by the non-conjugated polymer material PEIE,based on this,the PCE of the inverted device is optimized to 9.07%.At the same time,compared with the conventional device,the stability of the inverted device has also been improved.3.ITO substrates were pretreated by physical and chemical methods,and hole transport layer free devices were prepared based on this.The PCE of the device is up to 8.47%,and the PCE of the conventional device with PEDOT:PSS as the hole transport layer is 8.68%under the same conditions.
