In the rapid development of the economy,China's road construction is also growing,with the increasing demand for traffic,the need to provide better quality of the highway to meet the current economic and transportation development.It has been the construction method of highway engineering in our country.The design concept of the road engineering project is "Strong Roadbed and Thin Road".This design idea determines that the materials used in the construction are usually semi-rigid materials such as cement and gravel.The traditional layered paving construction approach drawbacks.Therefore,the advantages of significant large-scale cement stabilized gravel base of the one-time paving process is widely adopted,with the application of this technology gradually broad,which has far-reaching practical significance to study how to control the quality of the process.The quality control method of the process of research has a strong application value.Based on the Dananhu to G30 Yandun section of S328 line of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,this paper has optimized the paving construction technology of ordinary cement stabilized macadam base,and studied the large-scale cement stabilized gravel base The quality control method of shop technology,mainly from the following aspects of the objectives of the problem.(1)Based on the control of the quality of raw materials and the gradation of mixed aggregates,this paper combines the "particle interference theory" to achieve the optimization of the density and the strength of the roadbed,and the ratio of the experimental stage of the large-thickness cement stabilized gravel base the study,f from the construction of the roadbed in the accurate value of the use of these data to study the large thickness of water stability of a paving construction of raw materials quality control.(2)Based on the S328 line engineering project,the research project example and the feedback analysis of the experimental stage data,this paper studies the elements of the quality control of the one-time paving construction process of the large-thickness cement stabilized macadam base,based on the background of the specific project case and the "total quality management factor theory",the methods of quality control of the optimal machinery(mixing machinery,paving machinery,compaction machinery,etc.),paving rolling and health stage are studied,and further control The method of quality of each process in the construction phase.(3)In this paper,the key points and necessity of the quality control of this process are discussed by summarizing the advantages of the paving process of the large-thickness cement stabilized macadam base layer by using the construction and application of the actual project(secondary highway construction),and Hoping to promote and apply at higher levels of road projects.
