| Houseful Steel Tubular Scaffolding with Couplers has the advantages of easy disassembly,high strength and reasonable force performance.The use of the scaffold in the construction is increasing,and the collapse of the Houseful Steel Tubular Scaffolding with Couplers happens now and then,which brings great loss to the people’s life and property.The traditional safety monitoring of scaffolding mainly depends on manual monitoring.There are a lot of problems in manual monitoring,such as large labor intensity,low efficiency,high cost and small range of monitoring.It is impossible to find the hidden danger of the scaffold in time.Therefore,in the scaffolding safety monitoring,the use of new technology,real-time and efficient monitoring has become a research hotspot.In the view of the safety problems of Houseful Steel Tubular Scaffolding with Couplers in construction,a safety monitoring system for steel pipe scaffolding based on the Internet of things is proposed in this paper.By using laser displacement sensor and Accelerometer monitor the displacement,impact acceleration and offset angle of the scaffold,the data is uploaded to the management and early warning platform through GPRS.According to the analysis of the monitoring data of the full hall fastener type steel tube scaffold,the safety early warning of Houseful Steel Tubular Scaffolding with Couplers is realized.Based on the complexity of the safety monitoring system of the Houseful Steel Tubular Scaffolding with Couplers in building construction,based on the uncertainty between various indicators,an example of the D-S evidence theory information fusion is proposed and applied to the full hall fastener type steel pipe scaffold safety monitoring system,and a multi-sensor body suitable for early-warning of the full hall fastener type steel tube scaffold is designed.The system structure and the two level fusion model are used to fuse the displacement,impact acceleration and offset angle information of the full hall fastener type steel tube scaffold collected by the multi-sensor.The result of simulation shows that the uncertainty of the system is obviously reduced and the original single sensor can not accurately determine whether the full hall fastener type steel tube scaffold is safe and the probability of the correct judgment after the fusion is increased.The fusion results show that the D-S evidence theory can reduce the system of the safety assessment of the full hall fastener type steel tube scaffold.Uncertainty,improve the accuracy of decision results. |
