Due to universality, high bearing capacity and lower use cost,cuplok steel tubularformwork supporting system is used widely in bridge construction.With the higher formworkscaffolding and the every reasons,that cause collapsed engineering accident of templatesystem at home and abroad,it brings the unforeseeable economic losses in the parties to theproject.it is a new topic in the construction industry that how to improve the safety andstability of cuplok steel tubular formwork supporting system.This paper bases on the study ofcuplok steel tubular formwork supporting system,rely on the overpass construction project onthe northeast of xian, simulate the stress performance of the cuplok node and whole model ofcuplok supporting system with the finite element analysis software Midas FEA and MidasCIVIL,systematically analysis the bearing capacity of cuplok supporting system model on thissimulation,and compare and research finite element analysis and the theoretical analysis;thenresearch the Safety stable performance of cuplok steel tubular formwork supportingsystem,analyze the various factors influencing security stability of the support;finally putforward Construction safety acceptance and evaluation standard of cuplok steel tubularscaffolding.Obtain some useful conclusions in the course of the study,mainly including:1.Through the collection of data,firstly this paper discusses research situation at homeand abroad of the steel tube support system,points out the limitations of theoretical researchon cuplok steel tubular scaffolding,obtains the necessity of studing minimum safety stabilityon cuplok steel tubular scaffolding;2.The Semi-rigid connection properties on cuplok formwork supporting system moreaccurately reflects the true state of stress,through model and analysis the entity model oncuplok node,obtaine the analysis model of cuplok formwork supporting system node withSemi-rigid connection;3.On the analysis of the safety stability on cuplok supporting system,we can analysisparticularly and get some main conclusions from five aspects,that is structure design,construction quality,material quality,construction load,field management;4.According to the overpass construction project on the northeast of xian,monitor thesettlement of foundation,support’s deformation, support’s stress,compare the monitoring data and the theoretical data,evaluate overall stability of trestle;5.Through the analysis,qualitative analysis five factors influencing bearing capacity ofcuplok formwork supporting system,that structure design,construction quality, material quality,construction load,field management, on macroscopic determine each factor’s influence degreeto bearing capacity of cuplok formwork supporting system,then analyze the effect of variousfactors with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method, confirm therationality of the analysis by the examples.
