At present in China,the land smoothing is mainly done by bulldozers,but the bulldozers can not adjust the tilt angle,so the accuracy of bulldozing is not high.However,the accuracy of graders is high,but the intensity and the work efficiency are low.With the development of our country,the demands for various types of modern machinery and equipment will be more urgent and the construction quality will be stricter,which will provide a huge market for graders.Therefore,it is required to improve the performance of grader,the quality of products and work efficiency,so that it can be more effectively applied to engineering construction.In this thesis,current situation and future development trend of graders are analyzed in our country,and the research status and design theory of graders are described.Taking PY190 grader for example,we finish the research of three aspects:(1)According to the actual working conditions of PY190 grader,the design requirements of grader hydraulic system are put forward.The composition and working process of grader hydraulic system are analyzed,and the service brake fluid pressure system of grader,the steering hydraulic system and operation Hydraulic system are designed and the working principle of each hydraulic system is explained.(2)AMESim software is used to establish the hydraulic system model,and the response curves of velocity and flow rate of the actuator are obtained during the actual operation of the hydraulic system.The analysis of the response curves shows that the hydraulic system designed in this paper can meet the needs of a variety of working conditions.However,in the process of hydraulic braking,there is a phenomenon that the protrudent speed of brake cylinder is too fast,which poses a potential safety hazard.In order to solve this problem,the brake hydraulic system was improved to increase the stability of the accumulator so as to improve the braking process,thereby enhancing the safety performance of the system.(3)Establish a simulation model for the improved hydraulic system to verify whether the improved scheme can improve the safety performance of the system.The simulation results show that the improved hydraulic system reduces the brake cylinder speed fluctuations during braking,and basically the desired results are achieved.The research results have certain theoretical significance for the design and grader analysis and the choice of parameters in reality.
