To build environment-friendly society in our country’s whole policy,as the main form of pavement of heilongjiang province new roads of asphalt pavement,in the full life cycle can have a large amount of resource consumption and emissions,at present our country various industries are more and more attention to ecological environment,green,environmental protection China power for construction,industry and road as a high energy consumption high emission industries.its effect on the environment is very serious,the energy conservation and emissions reduction work of highway industry is imperative,and relevant personnel within the industry is doing the great efforts and try.And want to do road of energy conservation and emissions reduction.the first should be the overall situation of energy consumption and emissions for highway has a certain understanding,for the road of the overall energy consumption and emissions can’t be one-sided,local.Therefore,energy consumption and emissions should be considered globally to make targeted adjustments and formulate relevant policies.At present,LCA is widely used as an environmental management tool in domestic and foreign researches to assist the road industry choice,and the LCA(life cycle assessment)can perfectly match the requirements of comprehensive understanding of environmental impact.Based on the investigation about the influence factors of energy consumption and emissions by calculation model of energy consumption and emissions of asphalt pavement,through the investigation and study,collecting relevant data at different stages of the asphalt surface of heilongjiang province,by Harbin freeway budget file,calculated the asphalt surface production in heilongjiang province,transportation phase,construction phase of the energy consumption and emissions,by ha with highway operating data,related prediction model and put forward the difference method is used to compare the different methods get the operational phase of the energy consumption and emissions.Based on the major project of the asphalt pavement in heilongjiang province,the energy consumption and emission of the asphalt pavement maintenance stage in heilongjiang province are obtained by the high speed of jibh expressway,beijing-harbin expressway and suifeng expressway.In view of the objective situation,could not be collected at the end of the life cycle of the related data of asphalt pavement in heilongjiang province,so the related literatures,the calculated on the basis of the specification of the data as a benchmark to get at the end of the life cycle energy consumption and emissions of quantitative results,so as to complete the whole life cycle of asphalt pavement in heilongjiang province of the energy consumption and emissions of quantitative analysis and evaluation.Different from previous studies focus on different materials or technology life cycle energy consumption and emissions of contrast,this article in the above calculation method of the energy consumption and emissions,on the basis of the asphalt pavement structure design parameters are analyzed,discussed the asphalt mixture types and asphalt layer thickness for the influence of the energy consumption and emissions,is committed to giving policymakers a new view to get more in line with the characteristics of era choice..Based on a large number of data,analysis results and literature survey,the evaluation system of energy conservation and emission reduction of asphalt pavement was established based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.In addition,an example evaluation was made for the Harbin expressway.
