This thesis mainly studied and designed a 2k W lithium battery charger,at the same time designed an inverter with 2k W output.China's energy is shortage and nearly 70% of its oil consumption depends on imports.It is a threat to China's energy security.At the same time,the burning of fossil energy causes greenhouse effect and serious environmental pollution.As a renewable and clean energy source,electric energy can be converted from wind power,tide,solar energy and nuclear energy,to develop vigorously and make full use of electric energy can effectively ensure China's energy security and reduce environmental pollution.Lithium batteries have become the best storage batteries due to their high energy density,low self-discharge,no pollution and no memory effect.They are widely used in new energy vehicles,consumer electronics,power tools and other equipment,especially in the field of new energy vehicles,due to policy encouragement and technology maturity,electric vehicles have tremendous market potential.Lithium battery need chargers on the higher technical requirements,As a lithium battery downstream industries,lithium battery charger(pile)has also become a research and development focus.In this context,this thesis designs and develops a 2k W lithium battery charger with high power factor and high power efficiency.The former is a power factor correction circuit based on NCP1654.The DC/DC part is based on L6599's half-bridge LLC topology,Through the current loop and voltage loop feedback to realize constant current and constant voltage charging mode,The test shows that the lithium battery can be charged efficiently and safely.The inverter can convert direct current to alternating current and is widely used in photovoltaic power generation,uninterruptible power supply and other equipment.For computers and the monitoring alarm equipment,in industries such as bank finance,transportation and telecommunications with high continuity of power supply,inverter is indispensable.This thesis also designed a 2k W inverter,converting the DC 48 V from the lithium battery to50 Hz pure sine alternating current.The front part of the inverter realizes boost by connecting three push-pull topologies in the form of primary parallel connection and secondary series connection.The latter part converts the high-voltage DC voltage into pure sine AC voltage through the high-frequency inverter bridge controlled by the EG8010,and makes a prototype realize accurate and effective output of alternating current.
