The stroke or central nerve damage can lead to hemiplegia,hemiasthesia and other problems.China has a large population and a large number of patients with dyskinesia due to the nervous system damage.For such patients,doctors need to analyze their balance function objectively and accurately,so as to evaluate the severity of their disease scientifically and reasonably.For a long time,the medical staff mainly rely on the scale method to assess the disease.These methods rely on the personal experience heavily and they are prone to diagnostic errors.Therefore,doctors need a device which is convenient and practical to help them analyze the balance ability of human body.For this problem,the dynamic device of neuropathy measurement is designed in this paper.The main work of this research are as follows:First of all,the dynamic device of neuropathy measurement need analysis to determine the overall design of the system.The main components are selected according to the the whole structure.Then the hardware circuit and software system is designed.Secondly,the control strategy of the device was analyzed.Then we simulated the control strategy and selected the best PI control parameters.And we built the experiment platform to analyze the response speed of the current loop.Thirdly,the function of the device was verified.In order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental data,we checked the pressure of the device and get the fitting curve of the sensor output voltage.In order to check the implementation of the device,we collected the anglar information according to the software system.Finally,the advantage of the device was verified.The test result were compared and analyzed under the static and dynamic condition.The standard deviation(SD)and kurtosis(K)were used as the evaluation index to measure the contribution of vision and somatosensory system to people's balance ability.Results show that the dynamic experiment can reflect the balance of people more accurately.At the same time,the rationality and validity of the developed dynamic assessment device are verified.
