In the face of energy exhaustion,environmental degradation and global warming and other issues,decision-makers use clean new energy gradually in terms of energy sources on the one hand,and seek a kind of energy-saving and environmental protection measures-electric vehicle in the way of energy using on the other hand.The intermittent and fluctuating nature of new energy leads to serious problems such as wind curtailment and abandoned light,moreover the disordered charge of electric vehicle will challenge the security and economic operation of power system.However,the electric vehicle can be regarded as a flexible and controllable load,with the possibility of interruption and flexible scheduling.The study of orderly charging and discharging management strategy of a large number of electric vehicles which can complementary coordinate with intermittent new energy is of great significance.This paper begins with the analysis of the charging load factors of electric vehicle,and discusses the relationship between the charging method and the types of electric vehicles,Summarizing the behavior characteristics and energy supply model,according to charging and discharging price,charging and discharging capacity,charging and discharging time and charging and discharging requirements,their preferences are set,then electric vehicles can be divided into three categories-economic type,contract type and conventional type.And then a kind of business model for wind power consumption using electric vehicle was introduced,which introducing cooperation purpose,forms of cooperation,cooperation in specific processes of each participant,to gain the rational allocation of all participant involved in the interests of achieving cooperation and win-win results.In addition,the charging and discharging loads of three kinds of electric vehicles considering user preferences are modeled respectively.Finally,a multi-objective optimization scheduling strategy for wind power and electric vehicle is proposed,which is based on multi-objective function with the largest gain of operators and the minimum variance of grid load.The optimization strategy considers satisfactory standards of wind farm operator,power grid,and electric vehicle,and makes reasonable scheduling guidance based on the statistical model,in order to achieve the purpose of wind power consumption with charging and discharging orderly for large-scale electric vehicle.Taking a power grid and electric vehicle market as an example,particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the simulation of charge and discharge electricity price and delay matrix under each period.Under four kinds of electric vehicle charging and discharging strategy,that are not take price incentives and not take measures to delay,only by price incentives,only take measures,and the delay and delay price measures have adopted,the benefit,load fluctuation and wind power consumptive effect are analyzed,and then the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimization strategy and business model are verified.
