With the increase of train speed,the dynamic performance of vehicle is deteriorating and the riding comfort of passengers is also decreasing.In addition.the relationship between cities is increasingly close.and electric multiple units and other transportation has been increasingly used,therefore the riding comfort of vehicle has been paid more and more attention.This thesis focus on the riding comfort of electric multiple units(EMU).The main content of this paper is as follows.1.On the basis of the analysis of the dynamical feature for EMU bogie,the dynamic simulation model of EMU is established by using the multi-body dynamic analysis software SIMPACK.Nonlinear factors of vehicle are simplified.Choosing the German high-speed high interference spectrum as excitation,dynamics simulation calculation is carried out for vehicle system;2.The running safety of this EMU is analyzed.Firstly,determine the main parameters affecting the stability and safety of running railway vehicles,thein infliuence of the these parameters including primary longitudinal stiffness,primary transverse stiffness,anti-snake movement damper damping and anti-roll bar stiffness on the critical velocity,derailment coefficient,rate of wheel load reduction and lateral wheel axis force are analyzed.Finally,the change rule of critical velocity and safety index with these parameters are summarized;3.On the basis of the vehicle security analysis,the innfluence of the parameters including the primary vertical damper damping,primary longitudinal stiffness and primary transverse stiffness on SPERLING comfort index are analyzed.The results show that the vertical ride comfort index is first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of primary vertical damping values;4.The effect of secondary lateral damper damping,horizontal stiffness of secondary spring,vertical stiffness of secondary spring and the structure of traction rod on SPERLING comfort index is analyzed;the optimized parameters of primary and secondary suspensions are achieved by using of a multi-scheme calculation and comparison;5.The effect of the optimized parameters of primary and secondary suspensions on SPERLING comfort index is analyzed,the change rules of the comfort indexes with running speeds are achieved.The results show that the optimized SPERLING comfort index has been greatly improved compared with the initial vehicle,the lateral comfort index is decreased from 1.88 to 1.7434 and the vertical stability index is decreased from 2.222 to 1.9232 when the vehicle is running at a speed of 160km/h,and all comtfort indexes have all reached the levels required by the GB5599-85 standards.
