Vehicle as transportation means bring to human easier life together with energy source crisis and environment pollution. One important solution for above problems is developing electric vehicle, the investigation of electric vehicle in our country is not enough. Electric vehicle as a complicated multi-body system, how to completely simulate, analyze and improve general performance matching and every system layout of electric vehicle in design period, is a problem for R&D engineers. With the figure technique development, dummy sample mechanic technique had born, SIMPACK is typical representation for dummy sample mechanic technique applying in mechanical system dynamics simulation analysis.This paper based on SIMPACK as operation platform, set up electric vehicle multi-body system model and road model according to XL2000 positioning points data provided by Qingyuan Electric Vehicle Research Center and Tianjin Vehicle Institute. Whole vehicle module has 17 free degrees, 50 components and 65 joints, which is nearly close to real vehicle. Then based on the electric vehicle module evaluating the riding comfort under pulse input and random input, analyzing the suspension, seat parameters and mass center position'influences in riding comfort, at the same time analyzing the parameter sensitivity under different parameter combinations.The simulation module set up in the paper, corresponding software, module and result are useful for sample vehicle dynamics analysis, advancing future investigation and achieving sample vehicle parallel design.
