With the continuous development of rail wagons manufacturing,and the constantly update of large-scale electrical equipment,so the load shop power grid is increasing,especially in some of the typical shop equipment such as medium frequency furnace,inverter,because of their non-linear load characteristic,circuit waveform volatility and impact resistance,resulting in the workshop out of the grid-side current harmonics occurred,voltage harmonics,phase unbalance,voltage fluctuations,voltage dips and swells,flicker frequency offset and power quality problems.The article makes research and analysis about the power quality of typical equipment of the railway truck manufacturing,about the reason of how research workshop harmonic source is generated and how to govern and protect the normal operation of production.This paper proposes the background and significance of this research,carries out a research about at home and abroad supply system power quality,which leads to the purposes and main contents.At present,some enterprises have a fuzzy understanding of power quality standards,not attach importance to the workshop electrical equipment power quality problems,so bringing a series of safety problems,there have been many similar incidents,so the users of power quality standards need to have a general understanding,monitor the system of power quality supply and prevent power quality problems in the production process.There are many power quality problems and there are many different factors can cause different results,of which the most serious is the impact of current harmonics,harmonic current distortion is the result of current instability,which is studied by a lot of major scientists.The article is based on the test data of workshop typical equipment IF furnace and converter equipment,researching and analyzing the issue of the power grid,focusing on the generation and design of Harmonic harmonic source.To deal with IF furnace harmonic source,this study design passive filter and active filter devices,through research and analysis,and simulation analysis,to find the best harmonic control program.Therefore,this paper established using MATLAB simulation software Simulink toolbox power simulation model,simulation and graphical analysis FTT simulation analysis simulation graphics window to observe and modify the data through continuous simulation of the best graphics.Comparing to pre-harmonic simulation and post-treatment Graphics,eventually developed the best governance harmonic scheme,comparison against passive filter design device has a good harmonic filter effect simulation data,and the price is cheap,only eliminating the security risks device power supply system,and bringing back some of the economic benefits.Governance issues to deal with harmonic source inverter device,first using MATLAB simulation software simulation model,inverter-driven motor power 37KW permanent magnet synchronous motor,such as simulation analysis.First drive-to-drive permanent magnet synchronous motor simulation,and then adding the power input filter means simulation analysis,simulation data to identify the optimal filtering effect through harmonic graphical analysis pre and post treatment.The results show that it can filter out harmonics generated by the source grid by filtering.
