The ADS transmutation system is an important part of the research on the sustainable development of nuclear power in all countries of the world.After the theoretical calculations were completed in China in recent years,the ADS transmutation system has entered the experimental testing period.In this paper,the seismic analysis of the ADS transmutation system main tank is carried out under fluid-structure coupling.The CEL method based on ABAQUS(coupled Lagrange-Euler method)and SPH method based on LS-DYNA(smooth particle hydrodynamics)are used respectively.)Analyze the seismic performance of the main container.Some research has been conducted on the liquid sloshing conditions,the tank stress conditions,the power amplification factor,and the role of the main structure in the nuclear power plant.At the same time,the floor spectrum of the ADS tank equivalent model coupled with the main structure is also analyzed.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)For the ADS system main container,the fluid-structure coupling model based on the CEL method and the SPH method was established for seismic analysis.The two methods have a reasonable result for the liquid sloshing in the tank.The relevant results show that the container is inside and outside the tank.The set-up imposes constraints on the internal fluid and at the same time reduces the impact on the outer tank wall to some extent,but to a certain extent the impact of the inner tank and the central tube is increased.(2)According to the results of the analysis of the stress of the two models build by CEL method and SPH method,the tank has no risk of damage under seismic action,and the tank body stress is lower than the yield strength of the material.Due to the large hydrodynamic pressure generated by the earthquake,the stress at the joint between the container and the main structure is much higher than that of the can body,and there is a risk of damage.In practical applications,it is possible to set the vibration isolation measures to control.(3)According to Housner's equivalent model theory,the equivalent model of ADS system's main container is proposed in this paper.Through comparison of ADINA model and normative checking values with main modes,it is verified that the hypothetical equivalent model proposed in this paper has certain validity.(4)Through the coupled model of the ADS transmutation system equivalent model and the main structure of the nuclear power plant,the floor spectrum of each major attention location was analyzed,and the floor spectrum before and after the installation of the ADS transmutation system was compared and analyzed.The results showed that the ADS transmutation system The amplitude of the floor spectrum before and after the installation of the equivalent model is close.Except for the Z-axis floor spectrum of the installation floor,the remaining amplitudes are lower than the amplitudes of the floor spectrum when the floor is not connected.
