With the development of science and technology,the emergence and development of simulation technology have great effect on improving operation quality in industry and ensuring safe economic operation.The HILS(Hardware In the Loop Simulation)is invented to overcome the shortcomings of traditional physical Simulation and digital Simulation.Some complex models in digital simulation are replaced by physical objects that saves the physical simulation of physical model building in the amount of time,ensure the quickness of the simulation,and join the hardware link to ensure the real-time simulation,so as to solve the real-time and rapidity of the unified system.HMI(Human Machine Interface)is an important part of HILS system.The main functions of HMI should be included,control strategy or state controlled object from the quad,the display and management of simulation data and the simulation system of online setting,modify,and maintain.After the HILS system structure is analyzed,based on xPC as the real-time simulation platform,establish the data communication between host and target machine through TCP/IP protocol to realize the model download and real-time simulation.Through the interface between C++and MATLAB engine,establish the seamless data connection between Simulink and the interactive system,complete data interaction between them,realize the function development of model configuration,parameter modification and off line simulation.Use database to store simulation data,implement real-time simulation monitoring and simulation data management.Realize system function integration by Qt graphic interface library and dynamic link library.Establish the HILS system of monitoring platform.The ADAM module is selected as I/O module.Develop the drivers,and encapsulate as the Simulink custom module to complete the communication between the target machine and the model machine.The system model configuration and parameter modification,offline and real-time simulation,simulation data management and development test of the underlying hardware are developed.And developed the HILS system for offline simulation and real-time simulation.At last,take the typical control system as an example to verify the feasibility of HILS interactive system.
