As a clean energy,wind power has huge reserves on the earth.As the main form of wind energy utilization,wind power has made rapid progress in recent years due to its friendly environment,short construction period and flexible scale.Yaw system is one of the most important mechanical systems in horizontal axis wind turbines.It can control the direction of wind and track the change of wind direction when wind direction changes,so as to achieve efficient operation of wind turbines.This paper,taking the 1.5MW wind turbine as an example,studies the structure,working principle and control mode of the wind turbine and its yaw system.Based on that,the vibration characteristics of wind turbine yaw system and tower are analyzed by using finite element method and multi-body dynamics theory.A model of wind turbine as an example,the yaw system and all components(such as yaw drive,yaw bearing,yaw brake disc,hydraulic caliper etc.)were studied;related components by using the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks of the yaw system of entity modeling.Based on the finite element theory,the static and modal analysis of tower crane and tower cylinder brake disc yaw bearing system is carried out by finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.The stability and reliability of the structure are verified.Based on the theory of multi-body dynamics,the topological structure of yaw system is deeply analyzed.Based on topological relations,dynamic modeling is carried out in multi-body dynamics simulation and analysis software SIMPACK.According to the factors of different caliper pressure and torsional stiffness of the tower,the yawing system dynamics model is simulated,and the results are analyzed accordingly.According to the equivalent wind load of wind turbine performance,through the load calculation software GH Bladed to obtain the average wind speed by 12m/s turbulent wind yaw bearing,and load it into the yaw system dynamics model of wind turbine,vibration of the yaw system of the wind conditions are simulated...
