Parking sharing is a regional resource coordination optimization theory can not only make the city center area within a specific time period overflow parking demand and vacant parking spaces to be balanced,but also can effectively improve the parking berth utilization rate and turnover rate,the city center area of parking spaces to ease the contradiction between supply and demand.At the same time,sharing parking helps to reduce parking allocation standards,to a certain extent,to reduce the total number of parking spaces,and guide travelers to choose more green way of public transportation.The parking sharing measures are mainly applied to the severe parking lots of supply and demand areas in the central area of the city.According to the various formats,we promote the sharing of parking lots,improve the efficiency of parking spaces,and save the space and cost of land development for parking facilities.The parking space is reserved for the parking space in the city with the parking demand of the bearing area spillover.First,when planning and layout of the parking lot,the factors that need to be considered in the planning are analyzed.The methods of parking planning layout at home and abroad are reviewed,and the methods used in this paper are established according to the actual situation.Secondly,the investigation method is adopted.The supply status of parking facilities in China and the existing problems and solutions are analyzed.After the parking space is shared?In order to further improve the current parking situation,there is a need for a corresponding fee standard for parking space charges.By charging ground parking spaces,underground parking garages can be used free of charge to increase the use of underground garages,and for the construction of underground parking garages.A certain amount of subsidies should be given.The managers of underground garages should take certain measures to make them more attractive to the owners' choices.This can also improve the phenomenon of chaos on the roads,and drastically stop and chaos the vehicles on the road.Improve its penalties;make its fees more flexible.Use ladder-type charging to improve the safety of parking spaces.The demand for shared parking is established after taking full account of the influence of the location conditions,and the comparative analysis method is used again.The problem of the sharing of parking spaces between Hengda city square and the family of medical companies,Lanzhou Hongxing Mei Kai Long District and South Beach residential area,Lanzhou Asia Pacific Jiayuan and the family of magnetic factory was compared.Finally,the comprehensive summary method was adopted.According to the principle and steps of parking planning in the case of sharing parking space,the demand forecast for parking space in the study area and the location planning of parking lot will be summed up in the actual parking problem used in the neighboring new and old residential areas in Lanzhou.
