Currently,new railway signal technologies and equipments are put into use,automatic and intelligent degree are elevating constantly,maintaining regulation is being improved,and the quality of maintainers are being enhanced.In a word,the maintaining quality and level of railway signal equipments have already been greatly improved.However,with the increase of signal equipments and constant improvement of railway transportation safety precautions,the diversity railway signal equipments,and the complication of railway operating environment are the reasons for railway signal equipments failure which are becoming random,diverse and complicated accordingly.All of this changes set high requirements for the emergency disposal of signal equipments when they are overhauled and failed,the signal equipments of high time-effectiveness and efficiency are required.In this thesis,according to the demand for the development of railway signal equipments,several new technologies are combined in the existing centralized signaling monitoring system,such as artificial intelligence(AI),analysis of equipment fault diagnosis,the graphical real-time interaction and monitoring,alarm information centralized management,This will provide the feasibility of the solution for the centralized monitoring intelligent integrated analysis system of railway signals of maintenance management.The system aims to analyze the fault of the field signal equipment,and direct the potential safety about hiding trouble of the field handling equipment,give out the fault range and processing flow,remove the fault of the equipment,compress the fault delay,and improve the emergency disposal capability of the electrical equipment.The system is divided into two layers: terminal of Communication and signal district and terminal of Communication and signal department.It can realize the function of fault playback display and similarity fitting analysis based on knowledge base platform and case database platform,so as to serve the railway Transportation Safety and smoothness.System monitors and collects information based on existing signals.Comprehensive analysis of information before and after failure of signal equipment.Through the knowledge base,case library and the reasoning machine three parts to realize.Knowledge base is to store expert knowledge,case library is to store cases which happened in the history,and according to the current problem,the inference machine completes the case library retrieval and outputs the result.To improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,the function uses the reasoning technology based on fault cases,and to improve the intelligent analysis and diagnosis logic and self-learning function of the solid line system,we import all kinds of information elements into the database of the comprehensive analysis system.Continuous improvement of the knowledge base and case database through expert teams will provide strong support for rapid diagnosis and disposal of equipment failures.With the increasing use of the users and the improvement of cases,the centralized monitoring intelligent integrated analysis system of railway signals of maintenance management would provide stronger support.Finally,the system uses the virtual equipment physical map and equipment schematic diagram to combine real-time display of the switch quantity and analog data when the equipment is working,realizing the real-time supervision of the indoor signal equipment operating status.The real-time graphical function of the virtual device realizes the real-time supervision of the working status of the indoor signal device.The monitoring analyst can check the signal device running status at any time in the monitoring terminal.In order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,the function uses reasoning techniques based on fault cases to import all kinds of information elements in the fault cases into the comprehensive analysis system's time-series case library,further improve the intelligent analysis and diagnosis logic,and realize the system's self-learning function.
