In recent years, with the increase in the number of small airports in the region and the rapid development of high-speed railways, the passenger transport market of major airports within the original airport group has been affected to some extent. In order to cope with the challenges, some airports have adopted new ways to build or renovate airport terminals to enhance their competitiveness,or to open off-site urban terminals to attract air passengers in the surrounding areas. However, due to the restrictions on capital flow and land resources, the implementation of the airport expansion and expansion plan is difficult, and there may be problems such as repeated investment and over-exploitation,which is not conducive to the overall development of the airport and the maximization of revenue. The urban terminal is subject to the characteristics of road transport and the limitations of current service content, and the radiation range is relatively small, which has a limited effect on expanding the airport service domain. Therefore, relying on the original railway transportation network, the use of the high-speed rail terminal to expand the passenger transportation service of the hub airport to the surrounding areas has become a new way to improve the transportation status of the hub airport in the regional multi-airport system. The high-speed rail terminal refers to an integrated facility that is built at a high-speed rail station in different places to combine some functions of the high-speed rail station and the airport terminal building. It can provide air passengers with services such as ticket purchase,check-in,security inspection and baggage joint consignment. At present, there are few studies on the location of high-speed rail terminal This paper will start from the hub airport in the regional airport group, and conduct preliminary research and discussion on the location of the high-speed rail terminal under the current high-speed rail and civil passenger transport network. The main contents include the following aspects:The first is a summary of the theoretical research and practical experience of air-rail combined transport and hub site selection at home and abroad.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the function and location of the high-speed rail terminal, combined with the characteristics of China's current civil aviation and high-speed rail infrastructure configuration and transportation mode,This paper proposes the concept of air-rail combined transport based on the site selection of the high-speed rail terminal.Secondly, the multivariate regression analysis method and the original unit method are used to forecast the total demand and the distribution of aviation travel demand, and the passenger selection behavior analysis is completed through the discrete selection model. Then, from the perspective of the airport,a two-level location model is established. The upper layer is optimized for the passenger revenue of the airport. The lower layer is based on the maximum utility of the air passengers in the region to distribute the passenger flow, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Finally, with Liaoning Province as the research area,Shenyang Taoxian Airport is an empirical analysis of the hub airport. The research results show that the construction of the high-speed rail terminal air and rail transport mode is feasible, and the hub airport service area can be extended from the city to the surrounding areas, which has a significant effect on increasing passenger traffic and passenger revenue. The models and algorithms are scientific and effective, and can provide reference for domestic air and rail transport design and airport decision makers.
