With the rapid development of economy, the process of urbanization in China is constantly advancing, and the state has vigorously carried out infrastructure construction to improve the living environment.Compared with other city subway transportation, make full use of the underground space, greatly ease the city congestion problem, improve the public transportation, the city residents have been greatly improved, the subway for its significant advantages, provides an effective means to solve the city traffic congestion. Most of the subway projects are located in the underground construction, the construction process is more concealed and tedious, and there are many uncertain factors. Therefore, how to effectively avoid the construction accidents in the construction process of the subway has an important impact on the safety of subway construction and the image of the state and society.Risk management for subway is an effective way to solve risks. It is to control the risk of construction and how to avoid construction risk in the process of subway construction.Based on this, this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive theory to study the construction risk management of Zhengzhou Metro Line 5.Based on fuzzy comprehensive theory, according to the technology and characteristics of subway construction and the characteristics of construction process, and the risk of subway construction project is studied and evaluated.Through analysis and judgement,we get the main risk factors and the weight of each factor in the subway construction stage, and formulate corresponding preventive measures,so as to make full preparations for preventing the occurrence of risk accidents, and play an important role in ensuring construction safety and reducing property losses.
