The urban rail transit stopping schedules is an important part in the train operation plan.A reasonable stopping schedule is significant to decrease the passengers' travel time,reducing the enterprises' operating cost and optimizing the organization of urban rail transit.Compared with the traditional operation,express/local operation not only can satisfy the diversity requirements of different passengers,but also can achieve the full potential of urban rail transit,which is characterized by its high-speed,time reliability,lager-capacity and improving the service level and the line's attraction.Based on the analysis of the research about express/local train operation at home and abroad,the main work of the paper shows as following.Based on the background of the deviation of the existing urban rail train stopping schedules and the actual demand of the passenger flow,the train operation under express/local operation is been selectively analyzed to optimize the standard stop plan under the existing urban rail transit operation mode.Based on the results of existing research,the two main indicator,making the stopping schedules-the time cost and congestion cost of passengers' travel,are analyzed firstly.As they have different dimensions and can't reflect the passengers choice behavior on the limited rational conditions,in addition,they can not be directly used to the development of stopping schedules.so,the prospect theory is used to solve the problem.By introducing the prospect theory,the passengers' choice behavior is analyzed,including the time value choosing,the crowding degree,and the selection probability.Secondly,the express/local operation optimization model is built,in which the generalized travel cost is regarded as the prospect value.The stop sequence is also set according to the result of prospective value which has been calculated above.The problem of stopping schedules for urban rail transit belongs to a kind of large-scale combination optimization problem,which is also a kind of NP problem.According to the characteristics of optimization model,a genetic algorithm is designed.Finally,an example is applied to verify the rationality of the theory and algorithm presented above.Compared with the original stopping schedules,the result shows that the optimized stopping schedules can save the passengers' travel time effectively.Moreover,parameter settings have an vital impact on the comprehensive prospect value.
