| With the development of economy,the vehicle ownership is increasing.Considering the bad effects of accidents in cities,such as traffic accidents,large gatherings,competitions,and emergencies,effective means of traffic management are very necessary.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a variable lane control method based on short time OD information in city.First of all,classifying the data obtained with city detector,dividing the incomplete data in detail,and then in view of the incomplete data information to supplement of OD,adopt the way of comprehensive analysis of influential factors on the path to recover the missing data,to ensure that the estimates are in conformity with the height of the actual data;The traffic information missing from the starting point is supplemented by the vehicle steering rate method.To complement algorithm adopts the actual case validation method,respectively,compared with the existing method of the shortest path,with an average relative error norm,the average relative error and relative root mean square error and correct path as evaluation indexes algorithm,proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in this paper.On the basis of OD information,building the bi-level programming model based on traffic management and traffic participants.This paper ensure the variable lane control scheme by considering the system.The upper-level programming model aiming at minimum total impedance of the system,the lower-level planning for traffic assignment models,the lower the program all the traffic plan as the upper side of the road input,function of upper and lower function influence each other,and finally obtain the optimal variable lane control scheme.In this paper,the two-layer programming model is a NP-hard problem,which is solved by the optimized harmonic search algorithm,and the solution speed is improved.Validated by way of example,this article proposed a variable lane control scheme and traffic management experience,did not control the variable lane compared respectively,using travel time and saturation as index were analyzed,and proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the model established in this paper.This paper uses the effective and complete OD information to establish the variable lane control model.Taking the system as the unit,the Bi-level programming model was established from the perspective of traffic manager and the perspective of traffic participant.After verification,the established model can control traffic flow better and provide effective management solutions for traffic management,even solve the problem of traffic jam caused by emergencies effectively,make full use of road traffic resources,improve traffic operation efficiency and the road capacity. |
