The Study Of Easy Of Use For Socket Design

The socket is a common kind of daily necessities,whether in the life or the work can see its shadow everywhere,its safety and ease of use have attracted people's attention.At present,various types of plug in the market from the function,style on a large number of,but in real life,the use of socket in the process is still not satisfactory,due to the design of the defects,sometimes lead to serious consequences.There is much room for improvement and optimization in the usability of fixed mode,plug action and interface division.In this paper,we first collect a lot of technical data and design cases of the socket and analyze the existing market.Based on the basic theory of product usability,by observing and analyzing the factors such as the operation mode and environment,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the usability in the process of inserting and arranging,finds out the defects and deficiencies in the use and design of the socket,and optimizes the design of the socket to make it more safe and convenient.This article in the last part of the targeted design practice,mainly through the analysis of the environment,human behavior,in the impact of safety and ease of use of the angle to improve,such as dustproof,socket layout,plug angle,wire comb,new function superposition and so on to carry out useful exploration and improvement.Through the research and design practice of this paper,it is expected to help the attention and function promotion of the design of socket and layout in the future.
