| Flood diversion and storage areas of the Huaihe River played an important role in flood control and disaster reduction,which can effectively reduce the river flood level and the flood control pressure in the upper and lower reaches.Due to the complex application conditions of flood diversion and storage areas in the Huaihe River,it is difficult to achieve the best effect in actual flood dispatching.In order to give full play to the role of flood diversion and storage areas and solve the main problems,planning to adjust flood diversion and storage areas of the Huaihe River,of which the original four flood flowing zones of Bengbu-Fushan reach just reserves one Huayuan Lake flood flowing zone.The project has been partly completed of the adjustment planning.It is of great significance to carry out the research on the dispatching plan of the flood diversion and storage areas in order to give better play to flood storage effect.In this paper,Bengbu-Fushan section of the Huaihe River was taken as the research area,and the flood flowing zone of Huayuan Lake was taken as the major research object.The hydrodynamic mathematical model of Bengbu-Fushan section was established by using MIKE software.A one-dimensional model of the river network was established in the main stream,a two-dimensional model was established in the flood flowing zone,used the typical year 2003 and 2007 observed flood hydrograph,calibrated and validated the bed resistance of the one-dimensional model.Based on the construction of the one-dimensional and two-dimensional model,the Huaihe River and the flood flowing zone were coupled and connected,and then simulated the 1954 flood evolution process.By determining the Huayuan Lake flood flowing zone’s dispatching scheme under different opening ways and water levels,calculated stage-discharge relation under different opening conditions of flood flowing zone,analyzed the impact of the flood flowing zone on flood peak of main stream under the condition of opening and non-opening,thus analysed rationality,compared and selected the operation plans of the flood flowing area after the implementation of the adjustment plan,provided the basis for the operation of flood diversion and storage areas.The hydrodynamic model established in this paper makes full use of the advantages of one-dimensional and two-dimensional model.The model can better simulate the process that flood inflowing into the flood flowing zone from the main stream and the flood discharging from the flood flowing zone to the main river.The accuracy of the simulation can meet the needs of the flood dispatching program research.The results show that when encountering 1954 flood,Huayuan Lake flood flowing zone is opened in accordance with the water level of Linhuaiguan is 20.5m under the planning conditions,and the gate dispatching mode takes into account opening the intake and release gate at the same time or opening the intake gate first and then opening the release gate.It can better play the role of the flood flowing zone.The dispatching research of the flood flowing zone based on MIKE can provide reference significance for future operation plans of flood diversion and storage areas in Huaihe River. |
