| In recent years,due to the shortage of oil resources and the deterioration of the natural environment,many countries around the world have introduced a series of policies to vigorously develop electric vehicles.Driven motors as the core components of electric vehicles have played a crucial role in the field of electric vehicles.At present,the entrepreneurial ecosystem belongs to the hot field of entrepreneurial research.Its emergence and formation attracts scholars from all over the world to study it.Ecological niche,as an important concept in ecology theory,can reflect the formation mechanism of entrepreneurial ecosystem from inside through its formation process.Therefore,this paper takes the electric vehicle drive motor as a case to study the formation mechanism of the niche of the driving motor of the electric vehicle entrepreneurial ecosystem.This article first collated the electric vehicle industry,traditional motor industry,electric vehicle driving motor industry and other relevant data.Then established the niche identification and measurement dimensions based on the relevant basic theory of niche,and carried out niche identification and measurement in width,density,depth three dimensions.After that,combined with the previous research and data compilation,analysis of the formation process of the driving motor niche in the electric vehicle entrepreneurial ecosystem,summed up three different typical formation paths,and derived the niche formation mechanism.Through case analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:1.Niche identificationBased on the basic theory of niche,this paper establishes a two-dimensional identification system based on the two dimensions of the production product and the target market,considers the niche of the driving motor as the parent niche,and distinguishes the four sub-niches according to the identification system.And identifies the driving motor companies one by one.2.Establishment of niche measurement dimension and measurement of nicheThis paper measures the niche from the three dimensions of niche width,density and depth.The niche width can be mainly reflected in the market space and resources;the niche density reflects the number of companies within the unit resource space;the niche depth shows the development stage and maturity of the niche in terms of product maturity,market maturity,and organizational maturity.Through data compilation,it was concluded that the ecological niche of the electric vehicle driving motor currently has a wide niche width,a low density,and a shallow depth.From the aspect of vertical time change,the niche breadth of electric vehicle driving motors is continuously widening,and the niche density is decreasing.3.Analysis of the formation paths of the electric vehicle driving motor nicheThe analysis of this paper concludes that the background environment of nature,culture,and policy makes the opportunity for the development of the electric vehicle drive motor to occur,thus making it possible for the creation of the electric vehicle drive motor.The pioneer entrepreneurs then identified this opportunity and used it,resulting in an electric vehicle niche.The entrepreneurial activities of pioneer entrepreneurs have enabled more entrepreneurs to discover the opportunities of the driving motor industry.Therefore,this type of follow-up entrepreneurs use the opportunity to enter the electric vehicle industry with three paths: niche invasion,niche differentiation,and niche creation.In ecology,the entry of these follow-up entrepreneurs has enabled the number of companies in the driving motor niche to grow rapidly,bringing more opportunities and resources,and increasing the niche width.Finally,after a certain period of competition,the ecological niche of the driving motor gradually developed,and various niche changes took place until the final stability.The width and density of the niche stabilized,and the depth deepened again,the niche development entering the mature stage. |
