Automotive clutch is a key component of transmission system to realize and cut off the power transmission and the quality of clutch has a significant effect on load capacity,security and stability of automotive.The finger run-out of automotive clutch has major influence on the NVH of drive system,the requirements of its value are more and more critical.Measurement and reduction of the value of finger run-out has become an important research subject in academic and industrial fields.In this paper,a new method of calibration for finger of clutch is designed.Mechanical model of finger calibration is established,based on the knowledge of plastoelasticity and mechanics of materials,the equation of correction force,support points and deflection is obtained.We have come to a conclusion that the elevated distance of screw jack can be adjusted by removing the position of support point.Then the elastic limit force and plastic limit force of finger calibration are solved and the equation of springback curvature and residual curvature of finger are established.Finally,taking a type of clutch as an example,the displacement load is applied to the fingers,the results of two methods of theoretical analysis and finite element analysis are compared.Then we proposed a new calibration and measurement method of finger that is first calibration and remeasurement.According to the principle of calibration,we design the overall structure of equipment,then introduce gas-liquid assembly,jaw assembly,calibration assembly,finger support and side clamp assembly,measurement assembly in detail.And each assembly should meet a certain location relation.The selection of the models of equipment parts are studied and the flow chart of equipment operation and personal operation interface are designed.Finally,in order to evaluate the reliability of measurement data of equipment,from the perspective of quality management,we select the evaluators and samples to collect data of fingers run-out.Repeatability and reproducibility index of measurement system are applied to the evaluation of equipment quality,and the collected data are analyzed.According to analysis results,repeatability and reproducibility of measurement data of equipment and quality improvement programs were obtained.
