The vehicle body will produce roll angle under different steering conditions.Too large roll angle will seriously affect the stability of the vehicle and even cause a rollover accident.Because the traditional passive stabilizer system's stiffness and performance can't be adjusted,it couldn't satisfy the requirements of different driving conditions of vehicles very much.The vehicle's active stabilizer system can adjust the lateral stiffness of the suspension flexibly according to the steering conditions of the vehicle.The system can reduce roll angle of vehicle body and ensure the stability of the vehicle.Basing on this phenomenon,this paper will study the automobile active lateral stability control system.This paper will take a vehicle as the research object,the active stabilizer system's mathematical modeling,control algorithm,automatic code generation and real-time simulation control platform will be deeply researched and designed.Firstly,the whole vehicle dynamic model is established based on MATLAB/Simulink,and the CARSIM vehicle dynamics simulation software is used to verify the model.The dynamic model of the active stabilizer system is established and fuzzy sliding mode control algorithm will be designed,and the joint simulation analysis will be carried out.Secondly,based on the product V development model,a real-time simulation control platform based on the DSP will be established.This platform includes an automatic generation function of embedded C code and it will provide a cheap test platform for the development of the active stabilizer control unit.Finally,a closed loop test platform including vehicle simulation controller and active stabilizer control unit will be built and tested,and the control strategy code will be transplanted to the real vehicle which equipped with a hydraulic active stabilizer system is to test.Simulation and test results show that the designed active stabilizer fuzzy sliding mode controller can effectively suppress chattering problem of sliding mode controller and achieve tracking of roll angle and improve vehicle lateral stability.So the real-time simulation platform has certain guiding significance and reference value for the design of control algorithm and the development of electronic control unit.
