In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy in our country,the level of urbanization has been continuously improved and the number of car ownership has been increasing year by year.The problem of urban traffic congestion brought by it has become increasingly prominent.At the same time of the rapid development of urban mobility,the share of public transport in urban areas has been declining.The reasons for this are the backward public transport facilities,the low service level and the insufficient attraction of public transportBus lanes in the protection of the bus right is significant,and it has been widely used in recent years.This article first analyzes and summarizes the setting conditions of bus lanes,setting forms and bus lane isolation.After that,this paper introduces the bus entrances at the intersections which are not taken into account in this paper,including the setting conditions and setting forms.The impact of setting the bus entrances on the road traffic under different traffic conditions is emphatically simulated.Neglecting the negative effects of busway settings at intersections,an optimal setting model is established for improving the efficiency of bus operation from the point of view of system optimization.For long-running bus lines which are often caused by congestion,the percentage of optimization(percentage of run-time reduction)is determined according to actual demand firstly.Under the premise of the optimization standard of the bus line was reached,the negative impact,which measured by the increased travel time for social vehicles,is minimized.The cut-and-solve algorithm is used to solve the model accurately.Finally,the bus network in Hefei was employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm,and this paper expounds the problems existing in the development of bus lanes in Hefei City,based on a large number of data surveys.The results show that when the negative effect reaches the minimum 0.25 × 10~6S,the running time of the optimized line is reduced by 20%.At the same time,the total running time of the bus network is reduced by 0.36% and the total running time of the bus is reduced 22.97%.It can be seen that the optimization model for designing bus lane proposed in this paper has the same effect on minimizing negative impact of social vehicle,while ensuring the efficiency of the bus operation.
