Household refuge chamber is an emergency device used in home furnishing environment.With high structural strength,good impact resistance,sealing and heat insulating ability,household refuge chamber can resistance to the impact of heavy objects,isolate toxic and harmful gases,form safe and effective living space,guarantee life safety of hedging people inside,and reduce casualties caused by fire and earthquake accident.The cabin structure is skeleton of household refuge chamber,and other components and equipment must attache on it.The cabin structure is the main part to bear external load,and directly affect the strength of the whole structure,so it is of great significance to research.Finite element method(FEM)is a common numerical method,which is widely used to solve various engineering simulation problems.It is an important tool and means for product design and engineering analysis.According to the general technical conditions of coal mine rescue capsule,four kinds of cabin structure scheme were preliminarily designed.Using the finite element method,finite element calculation model were built.Static simulation analysis for each structure was carried out,and the structure of better strength was chosen as the cabin structure,the follow-up analysis and optimization would be carried out.Simulating actual situation,the impact load analysis of the cabin was carried out,including the impact caused by heavy fall,the impact of falling cabin,and study the anti impact capability of cabin structure.On the basis of structural analysis,the multi-objective optimization was made according to several factors affecting cabin structure strength,and a set of optimal solutions was obtained.Based on this,reconstructed cabin model and carried out new static analysis,and compared with results before optimization.Based on the topology optimization theory,topology optimization for the cabin front end and middle cabin was carried out,and got rational distribution of internal reinforcement.It enhanced the performance of cabin structure furth more,and provided a reference for structural design and optimization of household refuge chamber.
