With the rapid economic development,the nonlinear load in the power grid is also rapidly increasing and the power quality has been greatly challenged.The power system is also facing "environmental" pollution.In addition to the steady-state power signals in modern power grids,there are also time-varying and non-stationary power signals.These non-stationary power signals have caused serious harm to peole's lives and industrial development.Therefore,the measurement of non-stationary signals is a difficult and important issue in the field of energy metering research.To address this issue,the academic dissertation carried out the relevant research.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the research background and significance of current non-stationary signal energy measurement methods at home and abroad and introduces the development and application of energy metering technology.Several main energy measurement methods are introduced with their advantages and disadvantages be analyzed.In-depth analysis of the non-stationary signal,an accurate energy measurement method was proposed.Based on the adaptive filtering algorithm,a non-stationary electric energy measurement with normalized frequency adaptive is proposed.Then the non-stationary signal was simulated and analyzed by MATLAB and the energy metering was performed by using the algorithm to obtain the accurate energy metering result.The feasibility of the energy metering method was verified.Next,the engineering implementation of this energy metering method is introduced.The TMS28335 processor and STM32 processor form a double CPU structure.The TMS28335 processor is responsible for signal acquisition and processing and the STM32 is responsible for information storage,display and communication.The signal acquisition is achieved through the AD7606 of six channels synchronous sampling.The energy metering is implemented using discrete normalized frequency adaptive energy metering methods.Communication between double CPU uses CAN communication and STM32 achieves the display of results and communication.STM32 communication methods are 485 bus communication and Ethernet communication.This design method can give full play to the DSP's digital computing capabilitites and ARM's rich communications capabilities.The system can achieve efficient interaction of energy information,in line with the new type of power grid "accurate,efficient and convenient" features to adapt to the development of the power market.The sofaware development is carried out in the integrated development environment.The running of main algorithm obtains the final measurement result and it verifies the feasiblility of the measurement algorithm.This enginerring design can meet the requirements of the smart grid.At the end of the dissertation,the research results and research significance of this topic are summarized and the research and development direction of non-stationary signal energy measurement are put forward.
