The Research On The Engineering Insurance Strategy Of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant Project

As the main material production department of the national economy,the construction industry occupies a considerable proportion of the gross national product.With the rapid growth of construction enterprises,a serious phenomenon has become the focus of industry associations and entrepreneurs,which is that China's construction security risks are greater.The quality of construction projects not only relates to the applicability and investment benefit of the construction project,but also relates to the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.Engineering insurance market has been used for project risk management an important means,can reduce the risk of project construction,improve the ability of accident prevention,by take effective measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of users.Through engineering insurance,it can also reduce the accident risk of construction enterprises,improve the accident prevention ability,enhance the legal consciousness of the designers,and carry out the reform of the design system.As one of the important economic means to protect economic construction,engineering insurance has emerged in this situation and plays an important role in the modernization of project construction risk management.In this paper,based on this,with "red river nuclear power project construction installation project all risks and three liability insurance" as an example,from the perspective of the parties to an insurance risk management activities,on the basis of engineering insurance underwriting process,through to the red river project is studied,the classification and accident reason and to identify,evaluate the risk of engineering insurance underwriting and plan,and on the basis of constructing a more reasonable system of engineering insurance management.Based on the research of the red river power plant project all risks shows that through the engineering insurance risk management all aspects of the construction of system,we can reduce the project risk occurrence frequency and loss rate,and reduce the loss by the insurers,both the economy and safety insurance,maintain the safety of insurance rights and interests,eventually reduce the insurance system of the project risk.The aim of engineering insurance is to improve the underwriting ability of engineering insurance through the transfer of risk of construction engineering.Therefore engineering insurance can fully meet the needs of modern engineering construction in China,to improve our country's insurance company underwriting ability and the ability to resist risks,from the long-term view,this to improve the international competitiveness of China's insurance business,promote the sustainable development of engineering insurance has far-reaching significance.
