Study On Planning And Layout Of Freeway In Fujian Province

Since the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" period,with the implementation of relevant national policies and strategies,the strategic position of Fujian Province in the development of the country's region has been continuously enhanced.As the most important content of the comprehensive transportation system,Fujian' s expressways have been building for more than 10 years.Although they have achieved leaps and bounds,they still face new situations,tasks and missions.This study combined the analysis of the status quo and trends of economic and social development in Fujian Province,and to plan the reasonable scale of the future highway network in Fujian Province,and to form a scientific and reasonable highway program in Fujian Province.The main contents and main conclusions of this study are as follows:First of all,through the forecast of the economic and social development of Fujian Province,the demand for transportation and the traffic volume of major highways,a comprehensive analysis of the future traffic demand in Fujian Province will be conducted.By 2030,the economy and society of Fujian Province will continue to maintain a certain growth rate,and the demand for transportation will continue to rise,maintaining the growth rate corresponding to economic growth.The current major highway passages in Fujian Province are generally able to adapt to the traffic demand,but there are some unadapted or partially unadapted passageways.It is necessary to plan and build expressway passageways and expand capacity in the future.Secondly,study and put forward the goal of highway planning and layout in Fujian Province.Set up three types of nodes:administrative,traffic,and economic.Use connectivity and analogy methods to predict the reasonable scale of the highway network in Fujian Province.Determine a reasonable scale of 6700 to 7100 kilometers.Thirdly,the ideas and principles of the layout of the expressway are proposed,and the optimal design is further developed on the basis of the construction of the basic network framework and the formation of a preliminary layout plan,and a“six vertical and ten horizontal" highway planning and layout plan for Fujian Province has been formed.This aiticle generally agrees with the current planning and layout plan,and proposes partial adjustments and supplementary opinions.Finally,from the aspects of organizational structure,institutional mechanisms,assessment and evaluation,and coordinating and matching of planning,relevant suggestions for strengthening the implementation of the plan are proposed to ensure that the plan is implemented.
